PURCHASE IS COMPLETE / RENOVATIONS CONTINUE

Hello to everyone.

Our purchase of the ALEX BAY LODGE (formerly The Northstar Motel), that we started in 2006 was completed in April of 2009. Finally the deal is done.

Since 2006, we have completely or partially renovated:

30 ROOMS

THE POOL AND DECK AREA

6 FLOATING DOCKS

THE OFFICE and we now have a new lobby and
social area.

RENOVATIONS WITHIN THE RESTAURANT

NEW SIDING ON RENOVATED ROOMS

30 NEW AIR CONDITIONERS

25 NEW TV's

40 NEW BEDS and BED SPREADS

AND IT DOESN'T END THERE !!!!

At the present time we are doing new carpet and flooring in 9 more rooms, new ceilings in 5 rooms, 9 new air conditioners, and 80 square of new roofing to finish the re-roof in two buildings!!!!

We appreciate everyone that has stayed with us and are grateful for the reservations to come this summer. We are committed to re-investing the revenues into the property until all the rooms are upgraded over the next two years.

We invite you to come stay with us and would love to have you do so.

We have mid week specials and will beat anyone's price on a comparable motel in Alex Bay.
